Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of boulderwaterextraction.com (the “Site”), operated by Boulder Water Extraction (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What we do

Boulder Water Extraction is a referral and information service. Our aim is to connect property owners in Boulder, Colorado with independent contractors who provide water extraction and water damage cleanup. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, inspect or guarantee any work.

2. Not an emergency service

The Site is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, call 911. We do not promise that a contractor will be available or will respond within any particular time.

3. Your agreement with a contractor

Any services you receive are provided by the contractor under a separate agreement between you and that contractor. The contractor is solely responsible for its pricing, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and compliance with the law. You are responsible for checking a contractor before hiring, including its license, insurance and references.

4. Referral compensation

We may receive a fee from contractors when we refer a request to them. This does not change the price you agree with the contractor.

5. Information on the Site

Content on the Site is general information. It is not professional, engineering, legal or insurance advice and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified professional. Statements about insurance describe what is common, not what your policy covers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or copying its content by automated means without permission.

7. Intellectual property

The text, graphics and logos on the Site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boulder Water Extraction is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss or damage arising from the acts or omissions of a contractor, or from your use of or reliance on the Site.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the courts located in Colorado have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Contact
